No. Dyes, mordants and soap materials are consumable products, so we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used items for health and safety reasons.

For most natural dyes, yes. Without one the color rinses out or fades quickly. Fiber reactive dyes use soda ash instead. Each product page tells you which it needs.
No. Natural and fiber reactive dyes bond to natural fibers only — cotton, linen, hemp, wool and silk. Blends dye partially and look faded.
